Li told reporters that some European companies have already benefited from China's new opening-up efforts in easing equity share limits in basic manufacturing industries.
Li made the remarks at a press conference for the upcoming 2018 China Airport Development Conference and Exhibition, which will be held from Sept 12 to 13 in Changsha, in central China's Hunan province.
Li said he believed that self-driving technology will bring a prosperous future to the transportation sector, but more research and development, improvements and testing are required to move beyond the status quo.
Lian Weiliang, deputy head of the National Development and Reform Commission, said the country will make investment more targeted and effective and refrain from resorting to massive economic stimulus.

Li explained that new China-aided projects are expected in the next few years, and that these projects will help improve the economic and social development of China-Liberia relations.
